Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we aim to offer flexibility in managing your tutoring sessions. Our policy is as follows:

• 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the spot to another student if needed. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice can be moved to a different time during the same week, without any penalty.
• Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be forfeited.
